Frequently Asked Questions

Where do these meetings take place?
mastermind_whiteboard.jpgThese meetings are always hosted at a professional business club located in the city where the majority of the members live and work. The room is a professionally furnished board room equipped with audio visual equipment and white boards in order to facilitate discussions and foster ideas.

What is the dress code?
The venue for the meetings do not allow tennis shoes or jeans and men are required to wear a collared shirt. Most members choose to wear business causal attire.

What is the commitment?
Each member who is accepted into the program is asked to make a one year commitment. This is important in order to have the consistency and commitment between all members of the Mastermind Group. This commitment in no way voids the guarantee as stated below.

How big is the mastermind group?
The group is never smaller than 5 members and usually not bigger than 10 members. The point is to provide enough time for each member to contribute and participate.

How often are the meetings?
The meetings are held once a month on the same day of the month.

What if I have a question or need help with something between meetings?
There are two avenues that are available to address your ideas. One is the member online forum where you and your fellow members can post questions and ideas. The second is through emails to the facilitator.

Is there personal coaching and mentoring available?
Yes, our office provides a one-on-one executive coaching program. Please contact our office at (888) 485-8122 for more information and ask for "Coaching".

Is there a guarantee?
Yes, if after you attend your first Mastermind Meeting , you do not agree it's a valuable experience that you want to continue with, you may drop-out immediately, pay nothing further, and receive a full refund of any dues paid prior to the meeting. Also, you may cancel your membership and drop out of the Group at any time with 30 days notice. You continue at your option only as long as you are receiving great value.

How long are the meetings?
The meetings run from 9:00am to about 4:30pm.

Who leads the group?
Robert Estupinian will personally be involved in facilitating the meeting and will coordinate the scheduling and communication among the group members.

What about confidentiality?
As part of the membership, each member is required to agree in writing, to maintain complete confidentiality with regards to the information that is shared among members.

What if I have to miss a meeting or I am on vacation when a meeting is being held?
It is understandable that a member will have to miss an occasional meeting due to a vacation or unforeseeable emergency. Simply letting the facilitator know as much in advance that you will not be able to make it is all that is required.

Can I bring a key employee or significant other with me to the mastermind meeting?
We are not able to accommodate additional people other than just the members at these meetings. However, there are other optional meetings that you are able to bring an additional person to free of charge.
